We undertake the onsite remediation processes to remove environmental liabilities and transform the site into a valuable asset. EDSR provide remediation solutions by implementing all recognized current remediation technologies in conjunction with current legislation.
We will also take on projects as lump sum price works or on a target cost basis and will develop a sustainable solution based on the clients identified problems, the timescale required to complete the project and the available budget to mitigate the clients risk and remove environmental liabilities. EDSR can provide all relevant design services, regulatory licences and permissions and compliances and independent validations prior to handover.
All site works are managed by experienced remediation professionals to ensure projects are professionally executed to time and budget constraints. The site teams understand remediation projects can be sensitive to local residents and other stakeholders and have excellent skills for dealing with the local communities and authorities involved with the schemes.
