EDSR’s in-depth knowledge of the UK and European regulatory framework is based on first-hand project experience working closely with regulators to comply with existing and developing policies.

We understand the complex regulatory landscape and liaise with all levels of government and other regulatory bodies on behalf of our clients. This includes DEFRA, the Environment Agency, County Councils, Environmental Health Departments, and Parish Councils.

Our model for environmental transfer, i.e. the process by which a site is cleaned up and sold on to a third party, has been successfully implemented on a large number of projects across a range of sectors throughout the UK.
