EDSR have experience of project managing schemes from the earliest feasibility stages through to project completion. Our expertise lies in managing all phases of the project proactively and holistically to ensure each separate element progresses without hitches and hold ups. This can apply at the earliest planning stage where we have considerable experience dealing with regulatory bodies and authorities through all site phases to obtain relevant licences until completion is approved via an independent party. These skills ensure our clients are only dealing with one party who will ensure all other bodies and tasks are managed in a timely and professional manner.

EDSR's project management capabilities have been demonstrated through the delivery of more than 30 successful projects ranging from £250,000 to £25 million across the UK for the most demanding of client groups and sectors. For each of these projects, we have delivered and often exceeded upon our contractual targets.
